How to Track Your Package

Option 1: Via Email #

Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link.

Option 2: Via Your Account #

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Account → Orders
3. Click your order number
4. Click the tracking number shown next to your order

Tracking Not Updating? #

Allow 24-48 hours after shipment. If still no update after 3 days, contact support.
