How to Modify an Order

Overview #

You can modify an order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters fulfillment and changes may not be possible.

Steps #

1. Go to My Account → Orders
2. Click the order you want to modify
3. Click Edit Order
4. Make your changes and confirm

Limitations #

You cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. Contact support if you need urgent help.
